"Branding Yourself" to Grow Your Network Marketing Business

I would like to start by asking a question. Do people join MLM companies because of their cool website, compensation plans or even their products? No they don't!

Why people join a particular company is for 1 of 2 reasons.

1. They join YOU because you have branded yourself as a leader that will ultimately help them reach their goals.

OR

2. You have a system that they can plug into and have success.

It is all about how they can help solve their own problems faster by using YOU as a resource. People need help and need to feel secure that they are going to get the knowledge and assistance to grow a Network Marketing business.

Let's talk about Branding. What is meant by "Branding Yourself"? It is the process of marketing yourself as an expert in your field. How do you do that? The easiest way is to freely offer helpful information to people in need. In the process of educating people with all your knowledge, you will be seen as the "Expert" and will be "Branding Yourself".

Have you ever heard the saying "The more you give the more you receive". Well, this is true in the science of "Branding Yourself". The more helpful information you send out to the universe the more you will ultimately receive. In this case you will receive more people wanting to join your business.

It all boils down to value. The more you give the more perceived value you create for yourself.

Here is an example:

You are sitting in front of 2 people each wanting you to join their company. For this example we will assume they are with the same company but in different groups.

Business owner #1 tells you about the great compensation plan, the timing, the high ORAC value, and the incredible products they carry.

Business owner #2 tells you how YOU will be successful in his company if you join his team. He explains all the different ways to market online and how he will work with you one- on- one until you completely understand everything. He says he will plug you into his system that will save you hours upon hours of work and time which will help you reach your goals in half the time.

Now which one would you pick? Business owner #2 of course. Why? He offers the most value and in your eyes has branded himself as an expert which will help you reach your goals much faster.

Branding yourself is absolutely critical. Try offering real value by showing people how to market, talk with people, and use online techniques and more and more people will flock to you.
